Our opinion This is a very nice chalet in a very nice position to the east of the town centre, easily walkable but a quiet spot and surrounded by non-constructible land to the south, protecting privacy and views. A traditionally-styled property with modern amenities.

Location Chalet Alpaga is in the ?les Mouilles? sector of Chamonix, just to the east of the town centre. It is just under a 10-minute walk into town (by the train station) along quiet roads in a residential area with lots of non-constructible, open space adjacent to the plot.
