Property Description
Chalet Astoria is a newly-completed 5-bedroom chalet in one of the most exceptional positions in the Chamonix Valley. This stunning chalet, high up on the south-facing slopes of les Nants and backing onto the forest, has incredible, panoramic views of the mountains including the Bossons glacier, the Drus and Mont Blanc itself.
The chalet has been built on 3 levels with the middle floor dominated by the double-height living space with feature roof window, making the most of the panoramic views. A lift accesses this floor from the large, heated garage below. All bedrooms are ensuite with their own balconies plus there is a wellness room with a glass-fronted sauna and gym space.
Externally, the chalet comes with substantial grounds leading up into the forest. There is a beautiful terrace off the living space with hot tub and a second, larger terrace above the chalet, from which to enjoy the views.

Our opinion There are too many superlatives used in property descriptions but this property genuinely has the most stunning, panoramic views of the mountains, from le Tour to the Bossons glacier, including the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc itself. Architecturally, we?ve not seen anything like it with the huge section of glass roof, from apex to floor, meaning spectacular mountain views from wherever you are in the living space. A wonderful location and a wonderful property.
Location The chalet is high up on the south-east facing slopes of the Valley in the ?les Nants? area of Chamonix, a 20-minute walk to the north-east of the town centre, equidistant to the village of les Praz, the Flégère lift and the golf course just beyond.
